Correspondence Book - Real Estate Continuing Education

Tuition $29

Second and subsequesnt renewals require 14 hours of continuing education every two years

The real estate profession has experienced vast changes in recent years. This trend is expected to continue into the foreseeable future. It is imperative licensed professionals keep abreast of these changes as they occur. This course contacins 14 hours of C.E., and includes 3 hours of core law and 3 hours of business ethics.

The goal of this course is to make you aware of the more important and pressing issues facing real estate practitioners today. Please note, however, that the fast-paced course of the profession dictates constant vigilance.

Second and subsequent license renewal requires completion of fourteen (14) hours of continuing education which can be done in the classroom, online, or by correspondence. If you choose by correspondence, you can purchase the book/exam packet directly from us for $29 (pickup at school) or $34 (includes $5 S/H).

An open-book final exam score of 80% or higher (a minimum of 24 of the 30 questions are answered correctly) is required to pass.

You can contact our Corporate Office (800-370-1570) to order your book, or click the button below to order online.

Students should complete the course at least one week in advance of their license renewal date. Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate is required to report education completion prior to the renewal date (March 31 or September 30 of each year). Students who wait until the last week of the renewal deadline may encounter various problems (technical and other) which could prevent license renewal. Anyone purchasing a course or attempting the final examination during the last week of a renewal cycle does so at his or her own risk. Ed Klopfer Schools of Real Estate will not be responsible for students who lose their license as a result of waiting until the last week of the renewal cycle. Extensions are NOT granted by the DBPR due to technical problems with a course.
